Spectre provides services in support of the U.S. Department of State (DOS), U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), U.S. Department of Defense (DOD), U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM), U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and private industry clients.

- Counter-Narcotics Support - Afghanistan
Spectre provides advisory and mentoring support to executive level law enforcement officials in Afghanistan, with a specific focus on counter-narcotics. Spectre recruits, vets, places, and sustains a full complement of advisor-mentors who provide expert guidance to Afghan executive leadership and senior-level managers.
- Government of Mexico Mentoring and Training
Spectre recently provided training, mentoring, and assessment services to the Government of Mexico as part of the Merida Initiative. The Spectre team worked closely with Mexican and U.S. Federal law enforcement counter-narcotics investigators during the period of performance.
- Government of Mexico Tier 1 Executive Protection Training
Spectre recently provided Tier 1 driver and firearms in defense of principals training to an elite Government of Mexico Executive protection team. The training was conducted in two 10-day iterations.
- Intelligence Analytical Support - Afghanistan
Spectre provides intelligence analysts and tactical investigative specialists in support of multi-agency drug, transnational organized crime, and financial investigations related to a counter-narcotics program in Afghanistan.
- Counter-Trafficking Executive Institute
In 2010, Spectre developed the Counter-Trafficking Executive Institute (CTEI), and conducted a dynamic two-week CTEI pilot symposium, held in Almaty, Kazakhstan. Senior law enforcement executives from several Central Asia Countries attended the symposium which focused on leadership, decision-making, and host-nation law enforcement capability to impact transnational organized criminal organizations engaged in illicit trafficking activity throughout the region. The pilot program was considered a success; to date, Spectre has conducted CTEI symposiums in Kazakhstan and Afghanistan.
- Afghanistan Transportation Network (ATN) Feasibility Study and Proof of Principle
Spectre provided a feasibility study and is currently conducting a Proof of Principle to assess the feasibility of secure, overland transportation services using local Afghan tribal leaders as an innovative alternative to the use of military escort or private security companies. Spectre provides resources, including logistics support and management, necessary for short and long haul capability to support the distribution of reconstruction and life support assets in Kandahar, Helmand, Farah, and Herat provinces.
- Air Cargo Logistics Support Services
Spectre provides consulting and logistics support services for the management and daily support of cargo flights to Afghanistan. Spectre assists in obtaining and coordinating landing permission requests and parking requests for the airline's cargo flights; meets each flight to ensure that Kabul International Airport (KIA) ground services are provided; meets with each crew to ensure that any and all of their requirements are met; and ensures that potential security issues are communicated to all transport stakeholders.
